Diesel Engine Rebuild & Replacement

When an engine is past repair, you have three honest options: an in-frame rebuild, a remanufactured long block, or a used engine. We price all three, explain the risk and warranty on each, and let you choose with real numbers in front of you.

Rebuilds get machine-shop work, measured clearances, new bearings, rings and gaskets, and a documented break-in. Everything that touches the engine — cooling, fuel, turbo, aftertreatment — gets inspected so the new engine does not inherit the old failure.

How we work it

The four steps, every time

  1. 01

    Autopsy

We find why the engine failed. Installing a new engine on an unsolved cause is how it happens twice.

  2. 02

    Quote three ways

Rebuild, reman long block and used engine — with cost, lead time and warranty side by side.

  3. 03

    Build

Machine work, measured clearances and torque-sequence assembly with documentation.

  4. 04

    Break-in

Controlled break-in, early oil change and a follow-up inspection included.

Rebuild or replace?

It depends on block condition, mileage and how long you plan to keep the truck. We give you the numbers for both rather than steering you.

How long will my truck be down?

Do you install customer-supplied engines?

Yes, with a labor-only warranty. We will inspect the unit before installation and tell you if we have concerns.
