Diesel fuel work done clean, or it does not stay fixed.
Fuel Systems & Injectors
Modern diesel fuel systems run at pressures over 30,000 PSI with clearances measured in microns. A single speck of debris ends an injector. We work fuel jobs with clean-room discipline: capped lines, filtered fuel, new seals and washers, and full flush when contamination is found.
Before quoting injectors we test supply pressure, return volume and injector contribution — because a starving lift pump makes an injector look bad.
What's included
Scope of work
- Injector buzz, balance, contribution and return-flow testing
- Injector replacement with programming and relearn
- CP3 / CP4 / HPOP high-pressure pump service
- Lift pump, fuel filter housing and water-separator service
- Fuel rail, hard line and quick-connect replacement
- Contaminated fuel system flush and tank cleaning
- Wrong-fuel (gas in diesel) recovery
- Fuel-quality testing and additive guidance
Symptoms we fix
Sound familiar?
- Hard start, extended crank or no start
- Rough idle that smooths out warm
- Knock or rattle from one cylinder
- Raw fuel smell or a rising oil level
- Black smoke and poor economy
- Rail-pressure or injector-circuit codes
How we work it
The four steps, every time
- 01
Supply test
Measured lift-pump pressure and filter restriction rule out the cheap cause first.
- 02
Isolate
Return flow and cylinder cutout identify exactly which injectors have failed.
- 03
Clean install
New seals, cups and washers, capped lines and filtered refill during assembly.
- 04
Relearn & log
Programming, balance-rate relearn and a data-logged road test to confirm.

Questions
Straight answers
Do I have to replace all the injectors?
Not always. On a low-mileage engine with one failure we will replace one. On a high-mileage set with drifting balance rates, replacing the set is the cheaper decision over time.
I put gas in my diesel — is the engine ruined?
If it was not started, usually not. Do not crank it. Tow it in and we will drain, flush and test.
Are aftermarket injectors okay?
Quality reman units from a reputable rebuilder are fine. Bargain-bin injectors are the most expensive part you can buy twice.
