Emissions systems that actually work beat emissions systems that are gone.

Turbo, EGR & Emissions

Most emissions complaints are not the emissions system's fault. A leaking boot, a sooted turbo vane, a lazy sensor or a truck that never gets a highway run causes the regens, and replacing a DPF does nothing about it.

We diagnose the whole air path — turbo, charge pipes, intercooler, EGR, sensors, aftertreatment — and repair the cause. Everything is kept legal and street-registerable in California.

How we work it

The four steps, every time

  1. 01

    Air-path test

Smoke test and boost logging locate leaks before parts are considered.

  2. 02

    Soot assessment

Backpressure and soot-load data show whether a DPF is truly plugged or just reporting.

  3. 03

    Repair

Clean, calibrate or replace — in that order, based on measured condition.

  4. 04

    Regen & verify

Forced regen, ash-load reset where applicable, and a validation drive cycle.

Questions

Straight answers

Will you delete my emissions?

No. It is illegal on a registered California vehicle and it kills resale. We make the factory system work properly instead.

Why does my truck regen so often?

Short trips, a boost leak, a stuck EGR valve or a failing sensor are the usual causes. We find which one applies to your truck.

Can a DPF be cleaned instead of replaced?

Frequently, yes. Ash-loaded filters can be professionally cleaned at a fraction of replacement cost.
