Twenty years of Ford dealership experience, in a shop that quotes honestly.
Ford Power Stroke Repair
Power Stroke work is what we are known for. Our lead technician spent 20 years as a Ford Senior Master Technician, so the platform-specific failures — 6.0L head gaskets and EGR coolers, 6.4L radiator and piston issues, 6.7L CP4 and turbo concerns, 7.3L injector and IDM faults — get diagnosed from experience, not from a forum thread.
We use Motorcraft and OE-grade parts as the default and tell you plainly when an upgraded aftermarket part is the better long-term call.

How we work it
The four steps, every time
- 01
Platform check
We identify the exact engine, model year and calibration before quoting — Power Stroke parts change mid-year.
- 02
Pressure & chemical testing
Cooling-system pressure test, block test and air-in-coolant check confirm a head gasket before the cab comes off.
- 03
Repair
Head studs, updated coolers and OE-grade gaskets on rebuild jobs. No shortcuts on torque procedure.
- 04
Validation
Coolant fill and burp procedure, road test under load, and a follow-up check after break-in.

Questions
Straight answers
Should I stud my 6.0L?
If the heads are already coming off, yes. Head studs plus an updated oil cooler and EGR cooler is the difference between a repair that lasts and one you repeat.
Do you do deletes?
We build reliability with emissions equipment intact. There is plenty of durable power available without going off-road-only.
Is a CP4 failure covered by warranty?
Sometimes, depending on year and mileage. We document the failure properly so a warranty claim has a real chance.
